Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email info@shoplionandlight with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
• Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
